€1,500 minimum guaranteed per closed transaction. Investors and partner firms never carry this fee.
Founders join the network free of charge and only pay this fee when a deal actually closes. That means the Club’s incentives sit on the founder side of the table — which is exactly why investors and partners can join without worrying about hidden costs stacking on top of their membership.

Iași Pitch Day
Our first live event, hosted at the Iași Chamber of Commerce and Industry: 20 founders pitch in a single day — 10 AI ventures and 10 non-AI start-ups — in front of the Club’s investor network. International investors and partners are welcome to attend in person or online.
Who’s behind the Club
ROyal Investors Club is operated by Asociația Holistic Mark Club, based in Iași, Romania — a city with one of the country’s oldest universities and one of its fastest-growing tech scenes. The Club runs a curated network of founders, investors, and professional service firms across Romania and Moldova, with a preliminary screening process on every founder before an introduction is made.
